š Hi friends,
Itās been quite a while since my last post but a couple of days ago I came across an old draft post. While reading that half-ass messy draft I realized I have some new thoughts about the subject. So I sat down and finished it quite effortlessly, to be honest.
Over the past few years, Iāve worked with quite a few React codebases, of various scale, so Iāve seen a lot(and suffered a lot too š). This is the structure Iāve found to work best with large React applications. Hope you enjoy it.

P.S.1 Iāve changed the name of this newsletter from āJohnās newsletterā to ā_raptisj devnotesā.
P.S.2 I redesigned my blog. Went from Gatsby to Astro which has a pretty smooth dev experience. Astro brags that it is a āweb framework for building content-driven websitesā and I think the bragging is justified.
P.S.3 In the future, Iām planning to have a different kind of post format. Not so much articles in the classic sense but Iām going to experiment with some kind of āopen documentationā that is raw and easier to write. After all the new description of this blog is āWhen my private code documentation occasionally goes publicā.
P.S.4 ā¦and a couple of projects I had a ton of fun building over the past few months:
Artist-MoNo-API A MongoDB, NodeJS, Mongoose API.
Form-widget-editor I explore background jobs with BullMQ, Postgres and Node.
Thatās all.
Have a nice day and a happy new year.
John
